Our Freshmen Orientation Camp will be from
1st Aug to 5th of Aug.
To join our camp,
please fill up the attached application form
and follow the instructions below,
we will contact you for confirmation.

Step 1: Fill up application form
Step 2: Print and sign
Step 3: Scan document
Step 4: Email softcopy to the Lim Mei Xian Jasmine, hall.oners@gmail.com
Step 5: Forward a copy to NTUhallfoc2011@gmail.com
*If you have no scanner, use Paint application to create signature.
Reminder: You need to bring HARD COPY of application form on Day 1 of camp.
